I cannot sign in with Google

Make sure you are using a supported browser. Clear your browser cache and cookies and try again. If the issue persists, email hello@skelna.com with a screenshot of any error message.

My subscription is not activating

After completing checkout via Paddle, your Pro access activates automatically. If it has not activated within a few minutes, sign out and sign back in. If the issue persists, contact hello@skelna.com with your Paddle receipt.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your account settings and click Manage Subscription. This opens your Paddle billing portal where you can cancel anytime. Alternatively, email hello@skelna.com and we will cancel it for you within 24 hours.

I was charged but cannot access Pro features

Email hello@skelna.com with your registered email address and Paddle receipt. We will resolve it within 24 hours.

I have a billing question

All billing is handled by Paddle. For billing questions, email hello@skelna.com with your registered email and a description of the issue.
